The Hitman who fell for his Target - Director of Photography
My Black Vagina - Grip & Electric Swing
Directed and operated two cameras for a micro drama short, shot vertically where a hitman falls in love with the target he's been assigned to kill. Worked closely with a 6 man Grip & Electric team to achieve the directors vision for lighting.
Setup and ran power to various lighting systems for a comedic short film featuring a young black woman sharing some awkward dinner conversation while out with her new white family . Assisted the Gaffer and DP in creating a warm, lowkey atmosphere inside the restaurant. Assisted the Key Grip in fully blacking out all windows to the restaurant in order to fake night for day.
Johns - Grip & Electric Swing
Setup and ran power to various lighting systems for a short film involving a car being shot on a soundstage. Assisted the Gaffer and DP in recreating the lighting from the original shooting location.
Latina Independent Film Extravaganza - Behind the Scenes Cinematographer
Was the lead Cinematographer throughout the course of a five day Film Festival.
Cell 13 - 1st Assistant Cinematographer
Supported the cinematographer by managing camera
setup, pulling focus, and ensuring all equipment was
maintained, organized, and ready for each shot.
Collaborated closely with the director and camera team to
solve on-set challenges quickly, contributing creative ideas
and practical solutions.
Rob Up Top - Director
Developed the script and visual blueprint, including shot
lists, blocking plans, and a preliminary storyboard for the
scene.
Directed the production by coordinating camera and
lighting setups, managing actor performance, and adapting
coverage as needed during shoot-day problem solving.
Completed the full post-production workflow, including
assembly editing, fine cutting, sound design, and color
correction to achieve a cohesive final piece.
